What inspired you to become a barber?
What inspired me to become a barber is wanting to be my own boss.
You have a cool company name! What inspired the name "Exquisite the Barber"?
The meaning behind Exquisite the Barber’s unique name has multiple meanings. What stands out to me the most is the meaning of excellence, well crafted, and well executed. Also, the name comes from Exquisite Studio, which is what I will name my shop. The studio plays a part in welcoming everyone to come in for a great service and experience.
Are there any challenges you've had to overcome during barber school?
The challenge I faced was socializing with people. I’m the type of individual that keeps to myself.

I’m located in Broward County, Florida.

Why do you think many people have a connection to hair?
People have a connection to hair because it’s a key factor to your self image. This is why you barely see people going to places without them having their hair done first, or a haircut.

What are some words of advice you can give to future barbers who want to become a professional barber?
I would say to motivate yourself in the beauty industry, regardless of being a barber or a cosmetologist, is to have perseverance. This means to never give up. If it’s something you love to do, then strive for greatness. You’ll never get anywhere in life if you think about giving up.
Outside of your business, what are some other hobbies that you enjoy?
Outside of being a barber, I'm working on starting my own clothing line. I can’t speak about it too much, but just keep the name “Relentless Motion” in mind.
