Provide us with a brief introduction of your background.

I am a Multifaceted mother, strategist, and coach. I’ve been able to harness the power of my late-diagnosed neurodivergence to fuel my passion for elevating and empowering others. This looks different for me depending on the setting I am in and who I am supporting. In my coaching, I help entrepreneurs to embrace their authenticity and build businesses that reflect their purpose and values. I’ve guided countless clients to shift their mindsets, harness their uniqueness, and build thriving businesses by aligning their passions with their goals and the different aspects of who they are. In my day job and my consulting work, I help leaders and organizations improve performance, eliminate inefficiencies, and grow sustainably through stronger team dynamics, streamlined processes, and smarter systems.

When did you begin your pageant journey?

My pageant journey began over 10 years ago! I got a little pamphlet in the mail about qualifying, competed once, and caught the “pageant bug”. I wanted to keep competing!
