What inspired you to start Kasim George Photography?

I started photography as a creative outlet. It allowed me to step away from the daily structure and intensity of my career in science/biotechnology, and reconnect with creativity in a more personal, human way. Photography became a space where I could tell stories, explore emotion, and see the world differently.

As I grew more confident in my work, I realized I could use this skill to support others, especially small, minority-owned businesses that often need high-quality visuals but don’t always have access to affordable options. Kasim George Photography was born out of the idea of creating professional, impactful images while also helping entrepreneurs present themselves with pride and authenticity. That is what truly inspired me to turn photography into a business.
